Biography[]

Charlemagne Bolivar is the son of the Jaguar Archduke and husband of Elssbett Mossadim-Bolivar.

The son of the Jaguar Archduke at the time of his marriage to Elssbett Mossadim, Charlemagne Bolivar was the Archduke by the time he approached Captain Dylan Hunt about signing the Commonwealth charter (CY 10087). Charlemagne's motivation was to gain new allies in the war against the Drago-Kazov, specifically the assistance of the Andromeda Ascendant and her captain. However, as he reminded Captain Hunt, the Sabra-Jaguar commanded the third largest fleet in the known worlds and would make powerful allies for a restored Commonwealth.

During his stay on the Andromeda, Charlemagne proved himself to be as sly and cunning as any Nietzschean. He spoke with Tyr and invited him into his family, suggesting he knew Tyr Anasazi had the Progenitor's remains. When the agents of the Spirit of the Abyss made their move, he defended Hohne and was partially responsible for defeating two of the agents.

Alternate Timeline[]

In an alternate timeline where Dylan died and Rhade was frozen in time for 300 years, Charlemagne offered to join the New Commonwealth but Rhade refused, believing that Nietzscheans couldn't be trusted and shouldn't be allowed in the New Commonwealth. As a result Charlemange began blackmailing the leaders of numerous potential member worlds, thereby hindering Rhade's efforts at restoring the Commonwealth.
