The Drago-Kazov Pride, otherwise known as the Dragans are the most powerful Nietzschean Pride in the Known Worlds and the Pride that started the Nietzschean Uprising against the Systems Commonwealth.

The Drago-Kazov pride was created when the Drago and Kazov prides united several hundred years after they splitered from pride Musevini. The pride grew in power over the centuries while their species were members of the Systems Commonwealth, and they were one of the leading prides that spearheaded the fall of the Systems Commonwealth, which they perceived as weak and in need of being replaced by a better, more effective and powerful leadership. Because of their political connections and the needed resources in materials, money, and shipyards and drydocks needed to build and maintain a fleet to rival the Commonwealths. When the fight against of Commonwealth started, the Nietzscheans begin to win. But after the stalemate at the Witchhead Nebula that turned the tide of the war. As the war began to die down with neither side giving in, the Jaguar Pride turned on the Dragans and the Nietzschean Alliance was broken, which then led to the Long Night and a moderate decline in the power and influence of the Dragans.

Though many prides, most of them small, went extinct throughout the Long Night due to infighting and other factors, the Drago-Kazov remained relatively strong, holding their power over hundreds of worlds in the Milky Way and Andromeda by maintaining a tightknit strong economy, military, and leadership. They also managed to stay as one of the powerful survivors by holding themselves together and having the willingness to cut down on the size of their fleet and territories to maintain control, unlike other prides.
In CY 10065, the Dragans declared the bones of Drago Museveni theirs and betrayed the once powerful Kodiak Pride, stole the bones, and brought the pride to near extinction. The bones were stolen by a Kodiak survivor years later.
The Dragons tried and failed to prevent an alliance between the Sabra and Jaguar Prides, because both were enemies of the pride, and once united they would be a strong opposition to the Drago-Kazov.
