Lon was a young Surog native of Seefra-8. He was with Tolek when she healed Dylan and when Cutters guards attacked he killed a few with his poisoned darts. When he witnessed Dylan talking with Tolek about taking the inhabitants away from Seefra-8, he mistakenly thought that Dylan was going to take Tolek away, so out of jealousy and anger he shot him with a dart, with the intent of killing him, but was stopped by Tolek.
He later admits his mistake and agrees to leave Seefra-8. ("So Burn the Untamed Lands")
